LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Providing the EZ-UpCenterStand product was purchased from EZ-UpCenterStand LLC or an authorized EZ-UpCenterStand dealer the following warranty is offered.

EZ-UpCenterStand, LLC (EZ-UpCenterStand) provides a lifetime warranty on all EZ-UpCenterStand products against defective material or workmanship. The purchaser must provide EZ-UpCenterStand notice of the defect and establish that the equipment, parts, etc., have been properly set up, maintained, and operated within the limits of rated and normal usage. The original purchaser must also return the defective part or parts to EZ-UpCenterStand for inspection. This Warranty shall not cover any cost of labor, transportation, freight, installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, rust, or failure of the air cylinder, but shall be limited to repair or replacement of those parts, which upon inspection by EZ-UpCenterStand appear to have been defective in material or workmanship.

This Warranty is limited to the first purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase from EZ-UpCenterStand LLC or an authorized dealer must accompany any returns.This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied (including those of merchantability and fitness of any product for a particular purpose) and all other obligations of liabilities on the part of EZ-UpCenterStand, LLC and EZ-UpCenterStand, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for EZ-UpCenterStand, LLC any other liability in connection with the sales of EZ-UpCenterStand products. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description of the face thereof.

If you purchase any EZ-UpCenterStand product from a nonauthorized dealer on eBay or other online auction services, you will not receive exchange privileges, 60-day satisfaction guarantee rights, or the limited lifetime warranty that we offer on all of our products sold through EZ-UpCenterStand or the official EZ-UpCenterStand LLC authorized dealer network.

EZ-UpCenterStand will not allow any person, including any dealer or entity, to use copyrighted material without prior approval. EZ-UpCenterStand strictly prohibits the unauthorized use of photographs, company product descriptions, text, images, graphics or any other copyrighted material copied from the EZ-UpCenterStand videos, adds, brochures, company Web pages, or any other source, for eBay or any other Internet auctions.
